An easy and delicious recipe.

  • 1kg cob
  • 30g fresh lemon thyme
  • 100g Panko crumb
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp pink salt
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp grain mustard
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 200ml sunflower or
  • Canola oil to fry
  • Chop the fish into mince with a chopping knife do not blend or mince.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with your hands.
  • Weigh into 150 to 200g portions and shape into burgers using a burger press.
  • Dust in flour and fry in a hot pan with sunflower oil till brown.
