
Ingredients
- Egg fried noodles
- Carrots
- Peas
- Spring Onions
- Onions
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Red, Yellow and Green Peppers
- Plum Sauce
- Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Method
- Soak the egg noodles in boiling water for 3min Jullien all the vegetables.
- Add oil to a hot Wok or Frying pan and saute the vegetables for about 2min.
- Then add the egg noodles and toss the vegetables through the noodles.
- Season with the Plum and Soy sauce, stir for a few minutes and serve.
