Pan Fried Chicken

topped with swiss chard and mushroom sauce on blond quinoa.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 250ml Thick cream
  • Swiss chard / Spinach
  • 200g Mushrooms
  • 250g Quinoa
  • Pink Salt
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Sunflower oil
  • 50g Butter


  • Heat a pan with oil place the chicken in the hot pan and fry it until nicely browned and cooked through
  • Add the onions and caramelize then add the mushrooms swiss chard and finally the cream.
  • Simmer till thick and serve on the cooked.


  • To prepare the quinoa place 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa season the water and boil till soft.
  • Add the butter and fold through the cooked quinoa.
