
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 250ml Thick cream
- Swiss chard / Spinach
- 200g Mushrooms
- 250g Quinoa
- Pink Salt
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- Sunflower oil
- 50g Butter
Method
- Heat a pan with oil place the chicken in the hot pan and fry it until nicely browned and cooked through
- Add the onions and caramelize then add the mushrooms swiss chard and finally the cream.
- Simmer till thick and serve on the cooked.
Quinoa
- To prepare the quinoa place 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa season the water and boil till soft.
- Add the butter and fold through the cooked quinoa.
