
Ingredients
- 24 Fresh oysters
- Tabasco
- Lemons
- Olives
Method
- Pan fry the garlic in the butter for 1 minute.
- Place the crumb in the pan and pan fry till they soak through the crumb.
- Remove from the pan and top the raw oysters with 1 tbs each of crumb.
- Place the oysters in a hot oven set at 220C for 10 minutes till the crumbs are golden brown.
- Remove and serve with lemon wedges and tabasco.
