Fresh shucked oysters with lemon olives and tabasco

An easy and delicious recipe.

  • 24 Fresh oysters
  • Tabasco
  • Lemons
  • Olives


  • Pan fry the garlic in the butter for 1 minute.
  • Place the crumb in the pan and pan fry till they soak through the crumb.
  • Remove from the pan and top the raw oysters with 1 tbs each of crumb.
  • Place the oysters in a hot oven set at 220C for 10 minutes till the crumbs are golden brown.
  • Remove and serve with lemon wedges and tabasco.
