Filo parcels filled with mozzarella feta and fig

An easy and delicious recipe.

  • 1 box filo pastry
  • 12 preserved figs
  • 1 400g tub soft feta cheese
  • 240g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 250g melted butter


  • Melt the butter and remove the pastry from the box and place between two clean damp dish towels.
  • Slice the figs and grate the cheese.
  • Cut the filo pastry in two halves.
  • Start by buttering each one sheet of filo.
  • Once buttered fill parcel with half a sliced fig 10g of feta and 10g of grated mozzarella fold the ends in and roll.
  • Roll into a spring
