
Ingredients
- 1 box filo pastry
- 12 preserved figs
- 1 400g tub soft feta cheese
- 240g grated mozzarella cheese
- 250g melted butter
Method
- Melt the butter and remove the pastry from the box and place between two clean damp dish towels.
- Slice the figs and grate the cheese.
- Cut the filo pastry in two halves.
- Start by buttering each one sheet of filo.
- Once buttered fill parcel with half a sliced fig 10g of feta and 10g of grated mozzarella fold the ends in and roll.
- Roll into a spring
