Chocolate chip muffin served with orange infused mousse

Dessert please!

  •  4 baked chocolate chip muffins
  • 80g coco powder
  • 100g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100ml cream
  • 50g melted milk chocolate
  • 15 Orange segments
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 30 Blue berries
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 10 Gooseberries
  • 2tsp Pure orange pulp or 1tsp of pure essence


  • Separate the eggs and whisk the sugar and yolks together until pale in colour.
  • Then add the Coco powder and cream with the melted chocolate and fold together.
  • In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites and orange pulp fold through the mixture and place in a fridge to set for an hour or more.
  • Break the chocolate muffins and plate with the berries and mousse and serve.
