
- 1 kg Kabeljou
- 1 x tblspn oil
- Dash lemon juice
- 1 tub tomato paste
- 1 x tblspn Garlic paste
- 1 x tspn salt
- 1 x tspn chilli powder
- 1 x tspn Tumeric powder
- 1 x tspn Coriander powder
- 6x curry leaves
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, tomato paste, garlic paste water to form curry
- Cook for 10mins
- Add fish and cook for an additional 10 minutes
- Lastly add coriander powder
- Simmer until cooked
- Serve with on a bed of rice.
